It seems either they are under staffed or under-trained at replies and customer service. I'd like to know what they have going on?

Man, when I posted this on October 21 thought it would be easy, send email to them with the info...pay your $75...done. Getting HPT and I was going to try and get mine reflashed too so I could sell it - think I'll just donate it to my local car club for reading codes/real time data.

What really bites is that the stuff it is supposed to set like Rev Limits, Gear Ratio, and etc... does not even work correctly! Then you try to get a custom tune and find out it will cost you big $

I am done with mine and will be purchasing HPTuners in the very near future.

Also when I install the Predator tune my gas mileage drops way, way off. It runs extremely rich during warmup and with the stock tune I use 1/8 tank less fuel on a 90 mile round trip.

Try emailing brian@diablosport.com . He is the head tech at diablo, I dealt with him last year at this time and he took car of me (hopefully he still works there).
