Those are the two that over 99% of the users on the forums use now. Don't ask which one people would recommend, do a search for that. Anything that you couuld possible ask has already been answered in previous threads. Each person has their own preference and you need to research and decide which for you is the best program.

I started out with LS1 Edit and switched to HP Tuners.
LS1 Edit was the standard but HP Tuners replaced it.
IMHO, HP Tuners owns the LS1 tuning market, from what I hear, more and more shops are using HP Tuners than any other tuning software.
