Wow ... you have a lot of numbers there!
Rather than me going into a lengthy "how to" please visit this site ...it gives a great "laymans" instuctions for understanding Atap tuning basics:

Seriously read it and some things should become clear and then your future questions will be more direct.
Hope it helps!

It does appear that Im running a tad lean.
The way it smells at idle I would have thought
some diffrent.
Ill have to read up on what to do about a lean
condition. I figured my setup would have been
rich

I'm gonna have to go the opposite direction here and say you are running a good bit rich. You do need to monitor the O2's (B1S1 and B2S1) to tell completely, but 11.6 A/F is rich. I think you want to try for high 12's. Your coolant temp was also through the roof at 225! Amazed you didn't see a lot more KR, maybe good gas <img src="images/icons/wink.gif" border="0"> . Your KR looks great, not loosing anything there. The ltrim's are making up for a small lean condition, mainly on the passenger side, but it's not a problem, until you max them out anyway. But pretty good all in all. Just get a 160 tstat and have the fans come on sooner. How about some ported maf ends too?

Tad lean? More like a Tad Rich...WAYY rich as a matter of fact.
Knock Retard looks real good and your LT trims at .8% look good at WOTon B1 but B2 jumps significantly. It may be normal, just that it stands out ot me.
Big thing though (besides the richness) is that the car is running WAY to hot. 225 is boiling hot. You'd like to see it in the 180's.
