Default PIcked up a Scanmaster today

Paul @ Thunder has a few left at 299/inc shipping. I don't have a laptop to run my Autotap so............................

Besides, maybe i can find some nice place to install it. Any ideas on install location appreciated.

There really is no great place to put it. At first I had it in the gauge cluster, but it was so bright at night that it annoyed the heck out of me. I later moved it to the side of the console next to my right knee. I still want to mount it farther back on the dash somewhere, but its cold out now and I don't feel like messing with it until spring.

Have you tried it out yet? I noticed my instructions were a little funny...it said that I needed extra chips to display some stuff, but they ended up working anyway.

just ordered it today. I too thought of mounting it at the top of the interior of the gauge cluster. Velcro, wherever it goes, so it doesn't attract "unoccupied attention" I'll check out the locations you mentioned, thanks.

Cool...I loved mine on my LT1...had it in the AC vent. Too bad the vents are different on the Pontiacs <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0">

Wherever you put it, make sure you can reach it easily. I used mine as a digi speedo most of the time...
