Auto tap questions

Auto tap questions I'm really considering getting this for my car.
My problem is I don't have a lap top.
Were can I get one just to run A-tap?Cheeper the better since it will only be used for this.
BTW-I went to a couple sites that sell used ones,but I know nothing on what brand I will need.

Any laptop will do?
I've seen reconditioned ones for $399
They had Windows 95 and enough power to run this.
Do all laptops have the slot for the 3.5" floppy?
