Help!!! DTC codes: P0401 and P0327!!

Help!!! DTC codes: P0401 and P0327!! Where can I look to find out what they mean??
I used autotap dos version to get them. I hear if you use the windows version it will actualy tell you what it means!!
So any help is greatly apperciated!!
