Best mail order tuning (for $)

Can anyone give me some advice as to who is the most reputable mail order tuning shop for a 99 a4 ls1 that has full bolt ons.

I will eventually get a dyno tune when I go cam and heads, but that it 1/2 year or more down the road and I want to optimize my current power, delete my rear o2 sensors and get my air/egr codes turned off since I have the race long tubes.

If I HAD to have a mail order tune, I think I would have Alan at Futral do it. Remember, a mail order tune won't be right on as its only a rough guess of what the car needs.
