why is my idle airflow so inconsistent????

why is my idle airflow so inconsistent???? well in the morning i start the car up and the trims are +1.00 on start up, started it this afternoon, same ECT on start up, -.50 on start? WTF? i dont get it. any ideas?
just a guess, but air temp was different so you started up using a different point on the Open Loop Eq table. Maybe the A/F was a little off at that temp. 2% swing is within normal.
I ahd something similar recently logging my IACs at idle. there was a cell that was dead on, .02 error Dynamic air - Idle air). When I tested the next tune, that cell was off by .28 and I had not touched it or any thing else that would have impacted it.
