I have a 2001 WS6 and would like to know if there's any company out there that does reduced price for just a few changes without tuning?

I'm only looking for someone to make the following changes on my 2001 and really don't want to pay $500+ to have this done.

Raise idle to 750 and 850.

Delete P0300 missfire code.

Delete Torque Management.

I would still like to be able to use my HPP3 to adjust shift points, fan temp and gear ratio. Any help in pointing me to a vendor willing and capable to do this on an 01 would be much appreciated.
