Weird tuning Question.

Weird tuning Question. Been trying to tune in my FLP's and having problem with knock sensor.
I'm tuning with MAFT.
With no tuning A/F is at .90-.91 WOT,Lterms at 6.5%,knock at 2-4 deg at 4800rpm.
With MAFT set to 5% rich low and 2% rich WOT the A/F's are .93-.94,Lterms 5%,0 knock.
The only way I can get rid of Knock is by running rich.
Any Ideas?
All runs were in 4th gear.Has lid and stock meter.Headers do not hit floor to give false knock.
