I never measured current, but, found the car had been running @ 11.4v & even tuned running 11.4v until re-routing the alternator to battery cable increased the running voltage to 13.5 to over 14.0 RPM dependent including all current required regardless of users.

So, could the low charge have been causing a power/torque reduction or just an inefficient ignition?
