i may get the edit anyway, cause man i can always use it!!! and ill probably sell my HPP3 so the ls1 edit ends up only costing 300 or so for me

so if i go out and atap my car.. if i watch the current total misfires parameter, when it reaches 45 then thats when my verter will unlock?? so in other words i can actaully determine thats the prob??
im gonna get ls1 edit, but i wanna check on atap to see if thats it for sure...
and pontiaddict, to get this to stop i just enter the seetings you have above?? let me know if i understood this ok

Did you turn the PO 300 code off or change the temp settings for the misfire detection? If you only turned the PO 300 off that doesnt fix the converter problem! What you need to do is go into the Diagnostic section of LS1_Edit and change the misfire temp settings to begin @ 140 and end @ 139 degrees . That should work! It did for me.

looks like you got it all down straight. I am not 100% the number is exactly 45, but its close to it. I would say 39-49 area. The parameter is correct, current total misfires.
