EGR problems with LS6 intake

EGR problems with LS6 intake Hey guys,
I am installing a LS6 intake on a '00 SS along with long tube headers with no emmision tubes.
I am removing the EGR and was questioning the best route for repairing the fault that will set
on start up. Should I send out the PCM for programming or purchase LS1edit ? The car has 2
wet stages of nitrous (100/100) on window switches, F/T ram air box, M-6, 4.10 gears, and
numerous suspension mods...etc. Any help would be great. I am trying to have a trouble free
install.
