What to look for possible TM or possible KR?
is there a field under transmission that will tell me pressures or anything
Should I be looking at the timing and see if its pulling it for a second?
Any help while I still have the auto tap I have to rerturn it to its owner at some point
If you believe it's torque management you might try setting the value to a high number (800 or so) in LS1 Edit. I wouldn't leave it there permanently (Team ZR-1's suggestion to set it over the max logged value is the best course) but for testing you are fine.
But to do this you need a scanner that works correctly and in the case of autotap I proved to them over a year ago there was a bug.
If you monitor DelTq and you see values like 1200 plus ft/lbs of torque, thats a scanner bug, thus you cannot see the real max torque the engine is producing.
Positive values is torque output as your on the g-pedal.
Negative values are either from lifting off the gas pedal ( cell 21) or from torque management kicking in.
So if your in cells 0-19 or 22 and see negative DelTq values, T.m is involved.
I've said it before but owners either need to demand autotap fix that bug or go buy a decent scanner like the Ease enhanced scanner.

<strong>I ataped last night saw no KR on WOT runs but I'm still experiencing a dip in power. When I am at about 67 and nail it It'll downshift hard into second then buck(serious power dip) for less than a second then go back to full power. what should I be trying to look for in atap to see if its TM or just something else slipping?
