Default Is a tune needed for a 2500 or 2800 stall?

My buddy is getting his A4 rebuilt...its a 02 camaro Z28. He was looking to bump up just a touch on the stall and was wondering if he would have to get the pcm tunned for either of those stalls? Or could he just "plug an play?"

Thanks

Brian

Default stall

I have a 3200 stall with no tune and haven't had a problem. Just remember that friends don't let friends get less then a 3000 stall.

He might hit the rev limiter and need to raise his limit but as far as pcm control he should be fine
