Beside being able to turn the fans on early change shift points and rear end gear adjustments can anyone (corvette or f-body owners) tell me if they have ever seen a HP increase on a dyno or improvment at the track. Preferable on automatic cars but i'd like to hear from the stick guys also. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

 

At 3,000 miles with a lid, KN, and catback my car lost 7 hp with HPP3 tuning. Now after cam, headers, and LS6 intake it lost 6hp last week with HPP3. Maybe some cars are different.

 

i have seen a couple of stock car gain as much as 35-40 rwhp and and 20-30 ftlbs. it just depends on how you set up your air fuel ratio and timing map. it is a pain in the *** but it is well worth the gains to do the work. dont just use the HPP3 set up. it works on some cars and not others.

 

i used to have a hpp3 but got the ls1 edit done instead because it about the same price but the ls1 edit is alot better because your shop will tune your air/fuel ratio for you.
