alright, so they've gone to a kick *** test here in the milwaukee, WI area... they just plug into the diagnostics port to read the computer and see if any codes are thrown to determine if you pass or fail. like you can get away with running no cats if you have o2 sims. so....
when you turn off the codes for the rear o2's to run off road pipes, or the EGR removal, etc....what would happen when that scanner is hooked up? would it still throw a code? or would you pass because no code is being thrown that is visable to the operator? thanks

If codes are turned off, it is detected.
I think there is some speculation that two codes are allowed. Check the document and tell us what you think:
