Default maf

Ive done a dyno run in standard trim and gave a figure of 280rwhp with 10.7:1 a/f. I then ported the maf and re dynoed it come up with the same rwhp but afr went a whole point leaner 11.7:1 what going on? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

what i cant understand why it didnt make more power?. if it leans it off it should make more power <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

porting the MAF causes more air to flow through the MAF then it is calibrated for, causing it to under-report the air and lean out your mixture.
