My pre-MAFT readings were approx. -5 on the LTFT averages and .95 O2's with no occurances of KR. Well I adjusted the MAFT base setting to 5% lean and left the WOT @ 0 to bring the LTFT's up closer to zero. Now I am running pretty consistant +3 to +3.5 LTFT's and O2's jumping around from .89 - .92 with 4 - 5 KR occurances above 3. The KR is happening at partial throttle and is random. My concern is how does the KR effect the engine at partial throttle? Is it a problem? Should I work back to negative LTFT avg's and start adjusting the WOT setting?
Thanks for any input.

I'd take a look at correcting what would be causing the KR. Assuming you're running good fuel (and have ruled out false knock), it sounds like you could have a carbon buildup problem.
Do a search on carbon and PCV's. Minimize any PCV oil consumption you may have first and then do a de-carb to clean everything up!
