You can enter your ZIP and see what sponsors are close to you... if you're looking for other members to assist you in tuning your car then please post in your appropriate regional forum
If you post anything along the lines of "Tuners in Texas?" " LOcal Tuners?" "Any Tuners in my Area" etc... and then notice that it is no longer here... please post in your appropriate regional forum
So my suggestion is to post in your regional forum first ...
sorry for how it sounds... but fact is only shops that can be linked to or contact info given about... are sponsors... so zip code search works great
local people probably have more experience with local shops also
