Figured I'd ask before I tryed to load it!
The main window that opens up (broadcast data, year,vin, etc) I can type in there, can I change what's in there?

Same question for the Prom type window, can I type my own description in?

Nope you cant change any of the stuff your asking about and for good reason to.. You have the white box underneath the prom type description.. That gives you 255 characters of workspace to save details about your tune.. If you could change any of the other bits on the that screen you could cause yourself much grief..

Thats what I figured. (I also saw that when it saved the file it replaced the stock content). I was curious why it allowed me to type in there in the first place!
