I’m new to this particular forum, so please excuse me if this topic has been beaten to death.
Does anyone know when the 2002 version of ls1edit will be available? The web site says this summer and I’ve heard of some tuners having a beta version already.
I’ve heard of some getting a 2000 PCM in the meantime. What is the cost, and has anyone done it on a c5.
Thanks for the help!

Answering my own question, just got this response from carputing.com.

started beta testing the vehicle locked version this weekend with a couple
existing LS1-edit customers.
We expect it will be out in about one month. (getting very close).
</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Sounds like we might have it by june.

There is a 2002 version out already and some tuners are testing it. The other option is to flash your PCM to 2000 then use that LS-1 Edit version on it.....

I bought a PCM from Ken K. with '00 code to use on my '02. You will need a valid VIN for Ken in order to flash that year's code.
I placed an order for LS1 Edit with two licenses, one for the '00 code I'll be using now and one for the '02 code I'll be using when they release it. Carputing sent me a response:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><hr /><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif"> In 2 weeks, we may be able to ship the software for both the 00 and the 02. If not, then the 02 will follow shortly.</font><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">We shall see.
