Jet Ls1 Power Module ?

Jet LS1 Power Modules..
Anyone had any experince with these? I saw it listed at Corvette Mike's, and the claim is up to 19 hp gain. also, how does it work?
I'm saving pocket change for ls1 edit and am wondering if this would help/hinder edit, or just be a waste of money. any opinions would be appreciated.
