Cure Mild Surge at Idle Via Timing??

Cure Mild Surge at Idle Via Timing?? When I fire the car up I get a bit of surge (about a 400 rpm range) now that the weather is warm. I've done the idle relearn and IAC count is fine, but it still happens. Doesn't seem to be a problem after I start driving if I come to stop and put it back in park.
After looking at someone else's PCM, I was wondering if increasing my timing in park at the 800 & 1200 rpm would help. Currently I use 900 - 1000 rpm idle in park depending upon the temp.
The other thought I had was to reduce my MAF rate a bit. LTRIMs are around -8% to -10%.
Any thoughts?

Re: Cure Mild Surge at Idle Via Timing?? As a point of reference, my car idles the best with about 25-26 degrees at idle.
So, yes, I think it would not hurt to shoot for raising the timing at those ranges.
