Getting ready to use LS1 Edit...Need help with shift points. I have a 2000 A4 w/ 3.23's and a SY3500.
My car is shifting way too early on the 1-2 shift and I want to bump that up to shift at 6000rpms.
What MPH do I need to set my shift points at to have them shift right around 6000rpms? Also I need to know for the 2-3 shift.

Re: Getting ready to use LS1 Edit...Need help with shift points. Great thing about edit is you can experiment. I'd go up 1 or 2 mph on the 1-2 and 3 mph on the 2-3 and test it out. Keep going from there.
It has been observed that what works good on the street is often about 5% too high when running at the track coming off a hard launch with no spin. As an example, I use 84/85 mph on the 2-3 at the track, but 88mph works great on the street (6800 rpm).
