Shift Points with Hypertech?

Shift Points with Hypertech? What is the the best RPM shift point to set the Hypertech Power Programmer too. I've been as high as 6000 but now set at 5850 or less. Spraying NOS also. I know your not supposed to have the programmer on there but mines seems to do just fine.
