Here's what I do, not sure if this is the right procedure though...
Turn ignition to run(don't start the car)
pull PCM IGN and PCM BAT fuses
Let sit for about 30 seconds
Replace PCM IGN
Replace PCM BAT
turn ignition off for 10 seconds
start car and it should idle really rought while it relearns everything.
Then I do an idle relearn, car in Neutral w/Emergency brake on for 5 mins, then car in Drive w/emergency brake on for 5 mines.

Dumb question- How do you open the fuse boxes under the hood to gain access to the fuses? Also. would disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery accomplish the same thing?
Thanks

You don't reset the SES. You got to clear the codes that caused it to go on. I have cleared codes on the Camaro and my Monte Carlo with AutoTap. I don't think the procedure outlined for resetting the PCM will get rid of codes and the light will stay on.
To get at the fuses: At first glance it seems like the lid is hinged and that the tab on the cover keeps it closed. Not so. Take a screwdriver and pry a little in the slot opposite the tab and lift on that side while you pry. Comes right off.
