I Disconnected The Cable Going To The Device, And Covered Up The Holes Where The Hoses Connected To? Should I Remove The Fuse? This Is the Device Towards The Bottom Of The Car On The Drivers Side Near The Turn Signal Lamp, Under Engine Bay..?

Removing the fuse won't turn the SES off (I tried removing mine once for the heck of it and threw code P0412). With the electrical connector unplugged to the pump the PCM is probably going to see the same thing as a blown fuse - air pump not coming on - hence P0410. If you don't want the hoses or AIR system you can take the whole system off, but you'll need to have the AIR codes permanently turned off to keep the SES from illuminating.
