How to Calc gm/cyl?

How to Calc gm/cyl? I want to figure out exactly what tables I need to start tweaking my timing in.
I don't think it's necessary to start at .6 with my FI car but I would like to know how to caculate to make a more educated guess. I tried just tweaking .88 on up and leaving the rest stock and it seems fine but I want to do the calcs to be positive where I need to tweak and what I can leave alone.
