eliminating surging with LS1EDIT??? I have a BAD surging problem with my 382 stroker. It's only got a 224/224 114lsa cam but surges BADLY when cold and depending on the weather it will just as badly or worse when the engine is warm. It's getting REALLY annoying.
I have access to LS1Edit. Any Ideas? We've tried rasing the idle but it doesn't seem to make much of a differance....

Check your IAC count when fully hot.
I'd turn the idle set screw 1 full turn and see if that helps. If it helps a bit, then enlarge your TB hole by 1/32". If that helps but doesn't cure it, I'd drill a second small hole, say using a 1/8" bit and go from there. Watch your IAC count so you don't over do the hole size.
Check your IAC count when fully hot.
