Default SVO 30# Injector Tuning Issue

I installed some SVO 30# injectors in place of my 99 26#'s. I made injector table changes via LS1edit to account for them. The end result was w/o any other changes my LTFT (per Autotap) went from about 0 on average (- at idle) to over +6 on average and +12 at idle. When I go to WOT my KR is more noticeable and my O2's are around the .88 to .92 range. What also does not seem to make sense is when I am at WOT I am almost always in Fuel Cell 15 now instead of 22 as before the SVO's. By adding the SVO's I expected to be on the rich side it seems like I am lean. I am going to scale my injector table back to stock to see where I am at but does this make sense when adding upgraded injectors ? The only thing that seems to fall in line is my Pulse Widths are down from over 20 to 15 at WOT with the SVO's. For what its worth I am running at TR220 cam/LS6 intake/Stock MAF/GTP II heads/Stock Exhaust Manifolds (Waiting on the Hooker Y Pipe )

What scaling factor did you use? Multiplying the stock table by 1.39 (139 in Edit) should have gotten you pretty close. I'd multiply your current table by 92 in Edit (92%) and see if that cures it.

I hope that you got the 'correct' 30# injector. Did you buy them new, or used off of Ebay?

The reason I ask, we had a lot of problems a while back in "LT1-land" with 30# injectors that really weren't. If they have:

92TF-AA
0280150931

They work in LT1's as 19-22# injectors, even though they're sold as 30's. The real SVO 30# injector has

F1SE-E5A
0280150945

On the sides of them.

Maybe this helps.

The Injectors have the the 30# Numbers on the sides and Red Tops. F1SE-E5A on oneside and 0280150945 on the other. I used 1.386 (138+%) as my scaling factor in LS1edit.

I'm mot sure if it is your only problem, but you need to adjust your injector offset table. After an injector swap, I had some of the same issues, and the offset helped. I was lean about 8% at idle, but with any throttle, it would roll back to about 2%. The injector offset cured this. I dont have any idea what the SVO 30#s should be though. I kept the injector scale the same, and my ltrims went to 0 after correcting the offset.

I found an offset chart for the SVO 30# but it appears to be only for 0 load. I guess a chart would need to be built based of the MAP to make corrections across the table in LS1edit. I know the Bosch style injectors are slower than the Delphi Multitec's.What I have done as globally changed the cells by +125%. This is what I determined to make it richer from my lean condition. I have lowered from LTFT down to +3 this way but I think I need to go back on my scaling of 1.38. I still can't figure why I am mostly in cell 15 instead of 22 at WOT. Also my O2's are still a little lean at WOT. I may try the MAF table also, but I can't figure why I am having such a time with these SVO's <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
