Default Having the car programmed this week - any suggestions?

Guys,

Just put a Vig 3200 and Transgo 3 washer in the car...the TM is so bad that after th e1-2 shift it pulls all the timing and a bunch of fuel...so I'm having the PCM programmed here locally (Z Industries)...aside from removing the TM and adding timing, etc...what else should I have done? Where should I have the shift points changed to? Any suggestions would be appreciated...

Also, my car is an '01 Z28 A4 with:

Vig 3200/ Transgo 3 washer
MTI lid
SLP 85mm MAF
Ported TB
Y-pipe with cutout
160 stat (this week)

TIA

Joe

Look in the post about MTI programming for some ideas.
