Default evap system test?

i'm at a loss here, everything i have done i cant seem to stop the code p0133, and p1133. i finaly tested the wires runnning to the o2 and they are both .2 ohms, i would think thats fine.

i took the hose off the air check vavle and there is a strong vacume, is that something normal?

i had an idea, could a clog some place in the pipe cause this? slowed air? the guy took the gasket off when he fix the leak and put some black stuff on it and i noticed that there is some hanging around the base of the header, why would it not be like that in side the pipe?

any idea's please?

If non o2 safe silicone sealer was used, it will screw up the o2 sensor. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />

Yeah that’s an idea; the stuff is almost like rubber when it hardens. When he put it on it was like foam.

Could a little restriction cause an o2 to respond slowly? The fact that air would not be moving as fast around the sensor?
