Does Autotap software work with the LS1 Edit Cable?

Does Autotap software work with the LS1 Edit Cable? ... or do you have to switch cables on your laptop when you switch from using Autotap (to log) to LS1 Edit (to program)? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
