think pcm problem please help Ok i installed the LE1 head and cam package, with all the supporting mods. I ordered a pcm from PCMFORLESS and installed it when it came in. The car ran really good before and after the pcm install. But then the battery died and I jumped it off. The car then began to jerk at 4500 RPM. I thought it was the battery or alternater no having enough juice to run the car. It was late so the auto parts was closed so i woke up the next morning and jumped the car off again. The car was then running really horrible it would jerk at 1500 RPM in every gear. I went ahead and changed the battery and got the alternator checked it was good. I thought that would fix it but as i pulled away from the auto parts it did the same think. I got it home and installed my Hypertech programmer and it said that the car was a 95 Caprice, but my car is a 94 firebird and it also gave me the wrong VIN#. The car still jerks at 1500 RPM in every gear don't know what the problem is, did the pcm lose it's tune. PLEASE HELP IT IS MY ONLY CAR.
