Quick question about hp tuners and efi live..
Quick question about hp tuners and efi live.. i need a good SD tune and i had a guy send me one through email but he didnt tell me it was an efi live tune..i have hp tuners and i cant figure out how to look at his tune...is there anyway i can look at his tune through hp tuners or am i screwed? thanks! and if there is anyone on this board who has hp tuners and a good SD tune i would appreciate it if i could take a look at it...thanks.

You are screwed as efi includes the whole pcm and metadata in the tune. Its not just the binary calibration.
Check out Horist's site in the sticky you should find an sd tune there.
But you are better to get a good stock maf tune, disable maf and go from there.
A proper MAF tune will be a good sd tune anyway as the VE will be dialed in to command proper PE AFR.
