Default HP Formula Needed

Does anyone know the formula for converting torque to horsepower when the torque is in lbs/ft and RPM is in revs per min?

(Torque x Engine speed) / 5,252 = Horsepower

For example 300 foot pounds of torque at 6,000 rpm would be 300x6000/5252 = 342hp
