Where are you getting all these codes from and from what type of scanner or scan tool? Normally a DTC code is P01xx or P1xx, etc. DTC's are also identified as either emission related or non-emission related. I'm guessing TCS = traction control, BCM = body control module. Either you're car is having some major electrical issues or several vital sensors or systems have gone bad. The "U" codes are:
U1096 H - Loss of Communication with IPC
U1016 H - Loss of Communication with PCM
U1064 H - Loss of Communication with BCM
U1096 H - Loss of Communication with IPC
U1016 H - Loss of Communication with PCM
U1064 H - Loss of Communication with BCM

The 1281/6/8 codes have to do with the traction control system. These are all steering sensor related codes. The 1286 indicates the yaw rate sensor and whether you have active handling. The others usually indicate chassis grounds or wheel sensor problems. Have you had the wheel sensors (ABS) unplugged lately and have you had some alignment done. If you have, then the fixes are easy, if not could require new sensors. Find someone with a tech2 or ease software to further pinoint the problems.

The U codes are loss of communication codes and the b2723 is a pass key protection code. Also check to see if you battery is OK. When the vettes battery starts to fade, wierd codes get thrown. If the battery is original, might be time to get a new one.
