SES CODES?? please help??

SES CODES?? please help?? i checked my car with a TECH II and i got p0300 misfire code and a "fuel trim lean bank 1 " code. the misfire data showed i had misfired in 2 or 3 cylinders. what could cause these? any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated....thanks in advance!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="gr_eek2.gif" />

Bigger cam, bad plugs, wires, coil packs, or fuel injectors.
Lean codes typically indicate a leak after the MAF in the intake or in the headers, or possible bad O2 sensor.
Are both sides lean, look at average LTRIMs?
