Default P0704

Anyone have this code? Its a clutch switch malfunction code. I replaced my clutch switch and reset the PCM about 2 weeks ago and the light just came back on last night.

I have the same code (p0704 Clutch Switch Circuit Malfunction). I still have to check to see if maybe the cruise control is working or not.

Here is a picture of it. Its located right behind the clutch pedal

Would my car pass inspection with this code?

Im thinking that I am going to have to replace it. Does anyone know how it is held in place? Hopefully it wont be too difficult or time consuming
