Default Proper way to Dyno Tune a D1-SC w/LS1Edit ??

If I've added a D1-SC w/3.20", 42#, Walbro 340, what is the right place to start after the install is completed and wanting to tune?

Change the PCM for 42#, then...?
Since I have my old program in there, what else should be change before my first dyno run? How do I know where to put the fuel and timing so that I don't lean the engine out on the first run?

Thanks!

Thanks. I saved some of the files for future reference after my LS1Edit arrives.

Other than learning myself from scratch, are there any forums where people know how to use LS1Edit? If this isn't the place, plz let me know.

Thx!
