PCM 2000 vs PCM 2001

PCM 2000 vs PCM 2001 Hey guys,
I gotta tune my car, the only changes I have are ,
Vig 3200, de-screened stock maf, cutout, ram air.
I have some misfires, someone told me it's better to use PCM 2000 instaed of 2001 and it will eliminate all my issues.
Any suggestions as for the PCM tuning greatly appriciated.

Re: PCM 2000 vs PCM 2001 well, if u havn't heard, some people having issues with aftermarket TCs, especially 2k1 and 2k2, replacing 2k1 PCM to 2k PCM fixes misfires codes and other anoying codes, car flys...
