car won't start, help!

car won't start, help! Ok here's the scenario, I took out my computer to get it repgrogrammed and also took out the battery since I wasn't gonna be able to drive it. Well while I wait for my computer some one breaks into my car but doesn't steal anything. So I have a broken window, as far as the damages I can see. Well my computer arrives and I change the oil, fuel filter, put new gas in there and put the computer and battery back on. It doesn't start, no lights, no alarm, no door chime. I took the battery and got it charged at autozone, and still nothing. I got some jumper cables and nothing. I attached the jumper cables to the battery terminals and they do spark when I touch the other ends together. Well I check all the grounds, follow the battery cables, check all the fuses, check the fuse wires, check under the car by the starter, check under the dash, check everything I can think of. And nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, except it won't start or turn on any lights. Even the horn don't work. I am out of options here and thinking of just taking into the dealership. Any other suggestions, comments, ideas, anything to help? I really don't want to take it in if its something stupid I forgot to check. Thanks for your help.
