Very little advance at wide open throttle

Very little advance at wide open throttle I just put headers on and am only getting 28 degrees of advance at wide open throttle everything else looks good except my ltrims which are a little on the lean side. Anybody know whats up or what this could be.

Re: Very little advance at wide open throttle Unless you have some kind of tuning, 28 is stock advance for early LS1's. Later ones are even less. Even if you have tuning, with 93 octane only about 30º is possible.

Re: Very little advance at wide open throttle The 28 degrees you got was at what RPM and at what gear at WOT? The reason I ask this is because I get 22 degrees at 5500 RPM in 4th gear at wot and I am running rich.
