Tech II??????? Do they need the car?

Tech II??????? Do they need the car? Ok... my PCM is fried... (ls1 edit) so I need to get the car back up and runnin... can a dealership fix it w/a tech II???? do they need just he PCM or the entire car? Can they fix anything w/a Tech II? (crashed PCM????)

Re: Tech II??????? Do they need the car? It depends on the setup they have - there are some that will allow them to do it without the car harness present. But in generaly (and most of the time) they will need the car present.
