Need Help... Please look inside!!!

I got an SES light on my car, and when I got it scanned I got this code: P0140 HO2S.

When I had the code translated it said: "HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2"

Anyone have any idea what that is? Is at a O2 sensor?

yup , it's the sensor behind tha cat, i belive the driver's side.

do you have the cat's removed or the sensor unplugged??

Bad or unpluged O2 on driver side rear sensor. The one behind the cat.

Thanks guys. Yes I do have the cat off and am running on the off-roads. I'll check to see what is up with it.
