Ok, I got a code today. It said that I had a "02 Sensor Heater Circut Malfunction, Bank 2 Sensor 1." What in the hell does that mean? I checked the 02 extennsion harness on the right side, the pre-cat one, and didn't notice any thing. What does this mean?

 

I got this code also on my driver's side after my hooker lt install. I replaced my o2 sensor and it went away. Now a month or so later it has came back. I get a little hesitation along with this code. When I replaced my sensor it was kinda black and sooty. I'm interested in an answer as well so TTT.
