P1416 Been lurking for some time and got a ? What is p1416 and secondary air injection? The ses has come on and off for about 2 weeks.... could this have anything to do with the gas cap? Thanks for any input, eric

Re: P1416 Your passenger side check valve is gone bad. Common fail. Around $15 at napa. P1415 is drivers side if you wanted to swap valves and verify, but most likely that's the problem.

Re: P1416 Thanks for the answers... Oh, the part was 25 dollars and 15 min to install. The SES has not come yet. We'll see what happens in the next day or so.... Thanks again Eric
