Dyno, A/F ratio and MAFT
Dyno, A/F ratio and MAFT I am trying to learn all of this, but would like some advice from the pros <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" /> Car is an '01 T/A with an FIPK2, S2 ported throttle body, Hooker catback, ASP underdrive pulley, MAF ends & MAF-T. The MAF-T is set at a base of 5% rich and WOT 2% rich. This is how the car dyno'd.

Am I correct in thinking that it could be leaned out some to pick up a little power? Should I back the WOT down to 0 on the MAT-F?

Re: Dyno, A/F ratio and MAFT Thanks. The MAF-T is at +5% base and +2% WOT now, would backing the WOT **** down to 0 be the right answer? I am not completely sure how (or where in the rpm range) the MAF-T makes changes. I would like to lean it out up top, but down low it is close to what I "think" it should be.

Re: Dyno, A/F ratio and MAFT If you can, use ATAP to log your LTFT at part throttle. Get your LTFT's between 0 and -2%. Once you get that straightened out, your WOT should be pretty close. Aim for 12.8 - 13.2 A/F.
