Help! battery went dead while programming hypertech!

Help! battery went dead while programming hypertech! I was programming a hypertech ppg, into a friends 98 ta and the battery went dead during programming! the hypertech screen went blank!
(went dead because amp turn on was wired to switched power/ NOT remote turn on/radio was OFF)
now when I installed a good battery out of my s10 and it has plenty power the hypertech says it will resume programming, turn key to run, I turn key to run and it keeps asking me to turn it to run then the screen goes blank and it shuts off!
told her to call hypertech tomorrow!

If battery died during reprogramming and the stock tuning has been removed from the ecm, the car will not start and you have to send the ecm to Hypertech to have it reflashed with the stock programming. They will also want your programmer to load the power program back in.
